During the checkout process, if you encounter the following error, this indicates that the Microsoft account you are using doesn't have a valid Xbox Live user profile.
This is a known issue that we're working hard to resolve. For the time being, the workaround is as follows:
1. Ensure that you have logged in and agreed to all terms and conditions for your microsoft account. You can do so by logging into login.live.com
2. Login to Xbox and setup your Gamertag and profile, signing into https://xbox.com. This will configure your gamer tag and allow you to have an xbox profile.
3. Re-attempt to click the register account or Login button to complete your checkout and purchase your Learning Pass!
